Encumbering Relativity

It was year 2041. The planets of the solar system had gathered to play a quick round of Quidditch before they went back to their cyclical revolutions around Papa Sun. It was dark, and their vision was obstructed by the midnight fog. Brother Earth took the weather to his advantage for he could now see the Snitch visibly.

The match was proceeding steadfastly. In just a few days into the game, Brother Earth leaped to get hold of the Snitch. Unfortunately, he was intimidated by Mighty Jupiter, slipped and fell. Brother Earth had bruised his knee.

I was walking along 8th street on my way down to the Sky-train station. For a second, I felt a light tremor beneath my feet. I thought it was the beginning of an earthquake. I lost my balance and accidentally stepped on a decaying leaf. I felt a bizarre smoothness, one that I could not explain, under my feet.

A massive catastrophe had struck the Ant Community. Hundreds of ants had been trampled by what journalists believed to be a "gigantic monster." Special aid was requested from foreign countries and the APH (Ant Public Hospital) was overflowing with patients being rushed in by the second. A survivor of the catastrophe reported, "We were busy feeding on a cockroach prepared to carry it away to our homes. We heard a light rustle in the background and were immediately interrupted by a monstrous black object. It was a UFO, except it didn't fly. Just then, a huge shadow surrounded the skies and began to engulf us all. The mighty skies dropped all of a sudden and we were all squashed in a matter of just a few minutes. There was chaos everywhere! Fate, I tell you. It's all fate. We seem to have angered the Gods somehow."
